what does the programme involve?
3x weekly workouts: posted at the start of the week for you to do in your own time [access both the full 35 min classes OR quickie <15 min versions ~ bc all or nothing isn’t a thing here!]
Your signature workouts will be:
⚡️ ENERGY ~ your sweaty, mood boosting dance cardio class!
👊 POWER ~ your badass bodyweight barre strength class!
✨ GLOW ~ your oozy mobility flow class (the fitness equivalent of giving your body a hug!)
Each workout comes with constant reminders to listen to YOUR bod, and tonnes of options for you to work at the challenge level that's right for you!
They also progress each week so you actually get to work on specific skills and feel yourself improving (this is a MASSIVE plus over just doing random home workouts!)

Yep, there are a tonne of fitness programmes, apps and trainers out there but we noticed a DISTINCT lack of those that were able to distinguish fitness from being small and six-packed!
Reducing movement and wellness down to our appearance blocks us from accessing the fullness of what it offers us and keeps us stuck in a cycle of trying to become something we’re not necessarily meant to be!
