What fitness ability is the challenge aimed at? The challenge is suitable for ALL fitness levels! All our workouts include options for different bodies & we always encourage you to listen to your body & adapt as necessary! We want the sessions to be challenging, but most importantly to feel GOOD!

Do I need Instagram to do the challenge? At the moment, yes, as all the sessions will take place on IG LIVE & then saved to our feed! But sign up anyway if not because straight after, it will be moving to our website!

What if I can't make the live sessions? No stress! All the workouts will be saved to our IGTV so you can catch up anytime. You don't even have to follow the set days if that doesn't work for you!

Do I need any equipment for the workouts? Nope! Just your lovely bod! There will be some options to add resistance bands or small weights but they are completely optional!

What styles are the workouts?
They will vary between bodyweight HIIT style cardio, low impact barre style strength work & some dance fitness too! All with banging 'queen' themed playlists!
